The Night Sky
Once upon a time, the moon was the only
source of light in the sky. He was a proud heavenly
body because he knew people needed him. When the
sun came, the moon was outshined in the sky. The
sun gave people day and retired at night to give the
moon time to shine. This made the moon jealous, so
the moon stole some of the sun’s light. But the moon
was never satisfied. He then stole more and more
light until he could not consume them anymore. Due
to the overwhelming light, the moon exploded into
small little lights we now call the stars, and the moon
becomes dimmer and dimmer due to its jealousy.
