Net Force

1. NET FORCE

2. When two or more forces act on an object at different points, the consequent motion of the object is determined by the net force

3. Net Force is the sum of all forces acting on an object.

4. Net Force The net force of two forces in opposite directions is the difference (-) between magnitudes.

5. Net Force For opposing net forces with different magnitudes, the direction of the net force will always be the same as the direction of the force with greater magnitude.

6. Net Force Remember to add forces along the same axis. Use positive signs for forces along north and east, and negative signs along south and west
