Introduction Grievance Redressal System for Swachh Bharat is an online application that helps the user assist in keeping the whole city clean. It keeps a clean environment that lives healthy and beautiful and we are fulfilling the same in our proposed idea by providing some responsive facilities to the conscious citizens and the responsive Municipal Corporation authorities. Here we provide the facility to post and upload complaints with a picture with the description of the location, or the Garbage drums to be cleaned or collected by the sanitation labors of the Municipal Corporation of the city.

Problem Statement The "Swachh Bharat" application is designed to address the persistent problem of poor sanitation and waste management in urban and rural areas of India. The primary problem is the lack of awareness and effective waste management systems, which often lead to unsightly and unsanitary conditions, health hazards, and environmental pollution. This application will serve as a digital platform to facilitate awareness, reporting, and management of sanitation and waste-related issues while encouraging citizens to take an active role in keeping their surroundings clean.

Objectives To improve public participation by providing a portal for raising complaints To increase the efficiency of the concerned sanitation department by providing details Motivating communities to adopt proper sanitation models is emphasized, highlighting the link between sanitation, overall health, and happiness.

Modules Admin Public Authorized Person Admin Admin will add the authorized person details. Admin will add different complaint types. Admin can view the user details. Admin can view the Citizen Complaints.

Public Public user can raise complaints such as Water drainage, street lights etc … along with images they can register their Complaint details The public can give feedback. The public can change the login password.   Authorized Person Authorized Person will attend to their respective complaints. Completion of work email will be sent to public user.,
