VISUAL INSPECTION
Visually,
•inspect the wheel for material defects, cracks, expiry
date, RPM or any damage.
•Inspect the machine for any defects / damages.
•Inspect the machine’s cable & plug and ensure there
should not be any joint very near to the machine
•Inspect the work area –there should be No Diesel / oil
Slippage, combustible material, etc. in work area.
Remember :
Store wheels and machine at dry place.
Don’t use wet or damaged wheels / machine.

CHECK LABELS
•Maximum operating speed (MOS) is mentioned on the
wheel. Ensure machine’s speed is less than MOS of the
wheel.
•Resin bonded wheels have expiry date. See that the
expiry date has not passed if so then don’t use that
wheel & inform to concern authority or destroy it.
•Read safety LOGOS on the label and implement it.
