My Newspaper: I kept the layout for the headline, but replacing the original teasers with more Gen Z appropriate advertising and information. The original headline changed between a bright blue and a deep blue colour. I wanted to keep my headline similar to this, but I changed it slightly to a darker, more desaturated blue to match the pale blue I used for the background of the newspaper. To keep with the aesthetic and sleek visuals, I removed the strapline that read "Newspaper of the year" as it didn't look flattering and didn't add anything to the newspaper. As Gen Z are mostly left leaning, I kept the Left wing/Liberal messaging which is shown in the original newspaper. Whilst many people think of Gen Z as being children, lots are adults. This is why I felt like it was important to include some harder news which applies to them. Many people of this generation care more about appearances than other generations, that’s why I thought to make to information more fashion based The stories are all separated into 5 columns and separated by bylines like the original newspaper front. There is no footer, similar to the original Guardian Newspaper. As most Guardian Newspapers don't have drop caps, I made the decision to not include them in this newsfront to keep similar codes and conventions. This is why I tried to implement the the border seen on the newspapers.
