1. Gulliver in Lilliput

May, 1699.
One night the sea is rough. There a lot of waves. The ship and the men
disappear under the water. Only Gulliver swims. Finally Gulliver arrives at
the beach.
My name´s Lemuel Gulliver.
I´m going to the East Indies.

2. He can’t see any houses. Gulliver can’t move his arms. He can´t move his
feet. He can´t move his head. Gulliver opens his eyes. He sees a very little
man. A little man is looking at Gulliver. Gulliver is very surprised.
Gulliver talks to the little man. The man runs away! There are a lot of little
men. They don´t speak English. Gulliver is very hungry and thirsty. But the
little men don´t understand Gulliver because he speaks English and they
speak a strange language.
They give Gulliver meat, fruit, bread and milk. He is happy.
The little men take him to the city with a lot of houses. He is next to a big
castle but he can´t escape. Gulliver can see a city, gardens, trees, but
everything is very small.
One days the king visits Gulliver. Gulliver doesn´t understand the king, the
king doesn´t understand Gulliver, so the king sends clever teachers to teach
Gulliver the language of the little people. Gulliver learns Lilliputian very
quickly.

3. One day he asks the king a question
And the king lets him go, so Gulliver is free and happy. He leaves Lilliput and
he looks for new adventures.
