发动机电控系统 Engine's Electronic Control System 3 系统功能原理 System Function Principle EDC17 电控单元( ECU) 有两个线束插槽,较大者为整车线束,有 94 个针脚;较小者为发动机线束,有 60 个针脚;通信依据 CAN1939 协议。 EDC17 electronic control unit (ECU) has two wire harness slots: With 94 pins, the larger one is used for vehicle wire harness; with 60 pins, the smaller one is used for engine wire harness; the communication is based on Protocol CAN1939. 18

发动机电控系统 Engine's Electronic Control System 3 系统功能原理 System Function Principle 发动机线束包含发动机传感器、喷油器和电控风扇针脚,发动机出厂时潍柴已安装完毕。 Engine wire harness includes engine sensor, oil injector and electronic control fan pin. 50 常见故障分析 Analysis on Common Faults 依据 CAN1939 为基础,借助整车 CAN 通信仪表进行故障码的指示进行故障判定; With CAN1939 as the base, conduct fault code instructing and fault judging by virtue of vehicle CAN communication instrument; ( 1 )车辆上电,液晶屏显示初始界面; (1) Power on the vehicle, then LCD will display initial interface; ( 2 )点按一次方向盘右下方的调节按钮“ - ”键; (2) Click the “-” ke y on the adjusting button at the bottom right of the steering wheel for one time; ( 3 )液晶屏显示“诊断”界面,下方显示 EMS (*),“*”代表故障数量; (3) LCD will display “Diagnosis” interface with EMS( * ) displayed below and “ * ”represents fault quantity; ( 4 )如果数量大于 1 个,可以通过“ · ”点号键进行切换查看故障码; (4) If the quantity is more than 1, click “ · ”key for switchover and view fault codes; ( 5 )根据显示故障码 SPN : ** , FMI :**,查找故障代码表进行维修检查。 (5) According to displayed fault codes SPN: ** and FMI: **, look up the fault code sheet to conduct the maintenance inspection. 处理问题 handle the problem 查询故障码 inquire fault codes

发动机电控系统 Engine's Electronic Control System 4 常见故障分析 Analysis on Common Faults 发动机不能起动故障排查-启动机不转 Troubleshooting for engine starting failure -starter does not work ( 1 )确认蓄电池是否有电。点火开关旋至Start档保持3秒钟后是否可以起动,如空挡开关未接,此方法可以紧急起动;如仍不能起动,依次看以下几条。 (1) Confirm whether the battery has the electricity. Rotate ignition switch to Gear Start and maintain the state for 3 seconds. Then, inspect whether the engine can be started. If neutral switch is not switched on, this method can execute emergency starting; if the engine still can not be started, view the following step contents successively. ( 2 )检查底盘线束ECU接口是否用常电,常电情况下1、3、5(电源)每个引脚和2、4、6(地)每个引脚之间有约24V电压。 (2) Inspect whether the ECU interface of the wire harness at the chassis uses constant electricity. Under the condition of constant electricity, there is about 24V voltage between each pin of 1, 3 and 5 (power) and each pin of 2, 4 and 6 (ground). 51

发动机电控系统 Engine's Electronic Control System 4 常见故障分析 Analysis on Common Faults 发动机不能起动故障排查-启动机不转 Troubleshooting for engine starting failure - starter does not work ( 3 )检查ECU,ON档信号是否有电压,ON档时88脚和地之间有约24V电压。 (3) Inspect whether ECU and Gear On signal have voltage. At Gear On, there is about 24V voltage between Pin 88 and ground. ( 4 )检查ECU起动信号线是否有电压,点火开关旋至Start档,ECU第35脚和地之间应该有24V电压。 (4) Inspect whether ECU starting signal wire has voltage. Rotate ignition switch to Gear Start. Then, there shall be 24V voltage between ECU's Pin 35 and ground. 52

发动机电控系统 Engine's Electronic Control System 4 常见故障分析 Analysis on Common Faults 发动机不能起动故障排查-启动机不转 Troubleshooting for engine starting failure - starter does not work ( 5 )ECU和起动机之间回路是否导通(第29、71脚),如不导通,仪表可以读出故障码。如此时不具备读故障码的条件,可用万用表测量此回路。 (5) Whether the circuit between ECU and starter is connected (Pins 29 & 71). If not, the instrument can read out fault codes. If the condition for fault code reading is not satisfied at this time, multimeter can be used to measure such circuit. 如果以上条件均满足,发动机必能起动。除非油路问题造成起动不成功,但起动机一定会转。 If all the above conditions are satisfied, the engine must be able to be started, except for that the oil circuit problem causes the starting failure. However, starter will work for sure. 常见故障原因: Causes for common faults: ECU退端子,上述的88、35、29、71脚退端子。从ECU插件的对接端,用手电筒照着,如果能看不到端子,则肯定是退端子了,此时从插件背部轻轻拽这根导线就可以将端子拔出。 ECU is disconnected with the terminals: Pins 88, 35, 29 and 71 above are disconnected with the terminals. Light up connecting ends of ECU's plug-in part. If the terminals can not be seen, they must be disconnected with ECU. At this time, drag such wire gently from the back of the plug-in part to pull out the terminals. 53

故障维修 - ECU 输出供电模块 5V 供电模块 ① k44 : APP2 踏板 2 ; A 09 : BPS 增压压力; A24 : OPS 机油压力; A21: 备用; K43: 备用 5V 供电模块 ② k45 : APP1 踏板 1 ; K23 :尿素液位传感器( D10 博世不用,D10B中EDC17不具有SCR功能) ; K46 :风扇转速; A22 :燃油压力( D10 博世目前没有装,将来有可能装压差传感器,装在精滤前,用于检测精滤是否堵塞) ; A08: 备用 5V 供电模块 ③ k24 : 尿素泵压力传感器( D10 博世不用,D10B中EDC17不具有SCR功能,SCR是天耐克系统) ; A07 : RDS 轨压传感器 供电模块 ① 和 ② 有问题,油门踏板为 1000rpm
