The Need for Change Expensive maintenance of systems that resided in silos The client had an independent system for each business function. For example, a system to exclusively manage their inventory, another to manage manufacturing, a third to manage their accounts, into the mix was a homegrown CRM and more such systems. Technology Offered a Solutions Odoo 13 Enterprise ERP and customization enabled enterprise-wide agile After understanding the clients’ technology landscape, we identified Odoo 13 Enterprise ERP with its comprehensive suites of Modules as the solution that would suit the clients’ business needs. The Order to Cash cycle (O2C), Procure to Pay cycle (P2P), Manufacturing Order cycle (MTO), CRM, sub-contracting, warehouse operations, shipping process, and integrated accounts & finance functions of Odoo 13 Enterprise ERP effectively addressed the client’s requirements.

We spent 2-weeks thoroughly reviewing the clients’ business functions and mapped them to Odoo processes. This enabled us to derive the GAP score, the risk to business, and identify customization needs. Deploying standard functionalities of Odoo modules and customization where necessary enabled us to streamline and simplify end-to-end business processes for our client.
Technology Offered a Solutions Odoo 13 Enterprise ERP and customization enabled enterprise-wide agile The existing MISYS system was replaced with Odoo Manufacturing and Inventory modules. Sage300 was replaced with Odoo Accounting. Data migration was undertaken for Inventory master, BOM master, Customer master, Vendor master, Tax master including aging records with complex data set from multiple sources of data. Decades of old data were cleaned by experts and migrated to Odoo. Complex customization in MPS (Master Production Scheduling) was undertaken to give visibility into manufacturing orders and for the generation of associated reports. MPS processes were created to trigger automated supplier pay orders based on Min/Max/Reorder of items. Better control and traceability of inventory were created with BIN location and LOT/Serial numbers.
Technology Offered a Solutions Odoo 13 Enterprise ERP and customization enabled enterprise-wide agile Product variance features were introduced to the clients’ product range, catalog, and respective BOMs. The features of Odoo sub-contracting module streamlined sub-contractor management. The existing CRM was replaced with an Odoo CRM. Accounting categories enabled the segregation of sales and matching COG accounts. Virtual production features enabled labour variance to be accounted for, separately. Freight update functionality was deployed to track shipments. Deployed a feature on advance payment to vendor, so that the client can track the consumption of pay orders. We also enabled business function-based customized reports across all modules.
