1) HEALTH TALK (TALK – STAFF / STUDENT) ( 1 st & 8 th Week) Health Talk means talk about health which is a state in which one is able to function well physically, mentally, socially and spiritually to express the full range of one’s unique potentialities within the environment in which one lives. 2) SPECIAL SCREENING TALK (TALK STUDENT) (2 nd and 9 th Week) Special Screening Talk means the act or work of a person who screens as in ascertaining the character and also examining the people. Skills Acquired Observation Communication Skill Accepting Criticism Punctuality Topics Planned About Teachers, Parents, Freedom Fighters, Sports Players, Business People, Social media Influencers, Celebrities, friends, yourself, etc……
3) SPORTS ACTIVITY (3 rd & 10 th Week) Sports activity helps us to stay healthy, fit and active. It teaches us the value of teamwork and encourages us to work hard and never give up. Sports also help us develop discipline, dedication and commitment which are essential values for success in life. 4) GARDENING (4 th & 11 th Week) Gardening Gardening helps you learn about nature. It gives you an opportunity to observe plants from close range and to understand how they grow and develop. You also get to know what kinds of soil are best for different types of plants. 5) AWARENESS ACTIVITY ABOUT EAT RIGHT (5 th & 13 th Week) Poster Making Create a poster allows the students to answer a question by using their imagination and creativity to eat a balance and variety of foods. Cook without flame No-fire cooking also known as flameless cooking is a method of preparing food without using any heat source.
