Heart Disease is the #1 killer in the U.S. Stroke is the #5 killer in the U.S. stroke remains #2 leading cause of death  and one of the top five leading causes of disability in the Philippines (From 2009 to 2019). Ischaemic heart diseases, neoplasms and cerebrovascular diseases are the top three causes of death of Filipinos. Ischemic heart diseases were the main cause of death from January to December 2022
