Helping hands

1. Hello Guys I am going to give a small description of our fresh organisation “HELPING HANDS by HIT” . Don’t panic, be simple and cool because we are going to create S E N S A T I O N Yes!!! We are about to bring good change to INDIA slowly from its roots step by step following simple steps .

2. But with whom is it possible ? A L L T O G E T H E R S I N G L E U N I T

3. How? Before moving to this part lets talk about 2 simple yet hard words HELP & CHANGE

4. Helping is like a “GIFT” which you don’t get so often i.e. only on special occasions. This kind of HELP is done by most of us. Lets see what it means?????????? When you help someone he/she is happy at that moment and it doesn’t lasts long. CHANGE is something like “MOTHER’S LOVE” which always remains with you. Which one lasts long?????? A change brings lot of confidence and will be with you till the end of your journey. This is the change we want to bring up through our organisation’s work which is our main focus point.

5. In our criteria helping is an integral part of change which means the tasks will be unfinished if neither of them is unfulfilled. HELP is the first state and CHANGE is the second state which combines to give our result.

The change we are talking about, the change we are going to bring in, the change we are going to work on is : ( THIS IS FOR ADMINS OF HELPING HANDS) There are many categories of people for example old, young.....etc. Now what are we going to do ??? Suppose in our first task if we came across with the children who want to study and couldn’t go to school due to some reasons. They may be poor, homeless, left out... any thing. The first basic need for them is money. So we will come up with a strategy saying we will bear the education expenses but we want the results. Checking them once in a month or twice in a month, we should be able to do. Educate them on our Rights it means we should be well prepared before we say some thing. If they do well encourage them with small support ( small gifts) so that every other wants to achieve the same. IF WE ARE ABLE TO BRING THIS CHANGE THEN WE ALL WILL BE SUCCESSFULL ONE DAY OR THE OTHER. This is just an example of how we are going to work on. We are going to select small bunch of people as we are just beginning to rise and later we can make that small bunch to very large and large 

7. Depending upon each category we should go with a strategy, I mean we should know what we are going to do. What change we are seeking from them. Plan should be perfect then only execution. As we are just starting it, try to choose a single category and a single place and develop it. Educate them on our rights, culture(not religion), ways to behave, health habits, smoking and drinking(explain the causes) and many more thing we can. We can do this in regular intervals with a perfect schedule. When our Organization is building up, I mean when we are getting more funds then we can establish our service in some other place (some other plac e in the sense , some other college. HIT->HITS-> TIRUMALA and soo on ) Act Professional.. I know guys we are going to create sensation.

8. But From where are we going to get the funds? -> From each and every section , if each guy donates 5-10rs weekly (weekly is not A big problem for them, cause they spend thousands of rupees on wine, petrol and smoking weed) The total amount collected will be 8x40x25=8000Rs . And some outta of organizers pockets. -> Are they going to believe us? yes, we will make them believe. For example if a person donates 5rs to this organization , then it basically means that he registered himself as a member of this NGO and all future updates regarding donations and etc etc will be sent directly to his phone ( no worries sms is free of cost and will not be spending a rupee on it ).
