8. Peripheral Smear RBC: Shows moderate anisocytosis with mild poikilocytosis. Normocytic Normochromic cells noted predominantly along with few macrocytes. Tear drop cells and few macro- ovalocytes noted. WBC: Total leukocyte count is increased. Blasts are seen predominantly DLC:- Blasts-81%, Band forms-10%, Neutrophil 2%, Lymphocytes-4%,Monocytes- 2%,Eosinophil-1% PLATELET: Count is reduced No Hemoparasite Seen Impression-Acute Leukemia
