6. HLA-B34 and HLA-DRB1 01 alleles linked to increased risk of HSP nephritis. Patients with Familial mediterian fever , Heriditary periodic fever syndrome & comlement dficiency has increased risk of HSP due to immune dysregulation .

7. CLIINICAL FETURES When infection occurs after that 1-3 weeks later , there is onset of HSP than there will be onset of a classic tetrad of C/F Skin involvement (90-100%) Renal involvement(30%) Joint involvement(75%) GIT involvement(80%)
