ismade,andtherefore,inallthosecaseswhere
possessionhasnotbeentransferred,thegiftis
incomplete.Therevocationofsuchagift,
therefore,merelymeansthatthedonorhas
changedhismindanddoesnotwanttocomplete
itbythedeliveryofpossession.

of possession
•Meredeclarationofrevocationbythedonor,or
institutionofasuit,oranyotheraction,isnot
sufficienttorevokeagift.Untiladecreeofthecourtis
passedrevokingthegift,thedoneeisentitledtouse
thepropertyinanymanner,hecanalsoalienateit.
