Debido a las anomalías dentarias que presentaba el paciente se realizó la
exodoncia de las mismas y su posterior rehabilitación protésica

ABSTRACT
Idiopathic gingival fibromatosis is characterized by very marked
manifestations gingival growth progressive, non hemorrhagic, of a pink color
hard consistency, surface texture modular, both in the marginal gingiva and
in the papillary and inserted(diffuse), which covers much or all of the tooth
crown wide spread, there is displacement of the teet that different planes
and directions, the dental occlusion is lost. The loss of architecture affects
the gum aesthetics phonetics and mastication inflammation is secondary to
the presence of plaque that is difficult to be controlled by the patient,
presenting
an intense red coloration.
Treatment: Excessive gingival tissue was removed with internal bevel
gingivectomy in both hemiarcadas.The surgery was perfomed under local
anesthesia. The posoperative course was uneventful because dental
anomalies in this patient were extraction of these and subsequent prosthetic
rehabilitation.
