4. ABSTRACT HOSTEL FACILITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM is a software developed for managing various activities in the hostel. For the past few years the number of educational institutions are increasing rapidly. Thereby the number of hostels are also increasing for the accommodation of the students studying in this institution. And hence there is a lot of strain on the hostel administrator who manages the data manually and softwares are not usually used in this context. This particular project deals with the problems on managing a hostel that avoids the problems which occur when carried manually.

5. NEED OF THE SYSTEM There is always a need of a system that will perform management of hostel rooms and student records. This system will replace the manual operation required to maintain all the records. Improved Communication between Student and Administrator.

6. ADMIN MODULES Login - This module is used for admin login. Dashboard - Admin dashboard contain buttons to redirect to other page . Manage Admin details - (Add, Get , Update and Delete ) Manage Rooms - Admin can allot rooms(room no, status of room)(Create , get ) Students Registration - Admin can register student profile . Manage Student details - (Get, Update and Delete ) Logout
