SAFETY PLAN VISITORS Visitors shall be required to act in a safe manner while at the construction site. Visitors to the construction site must be appropriately dressed and must obtain a safety clearance from any member of the safety team before accessing the construction site. Visitors touring the site should not be left unattended to by their host or any of his/her representative. All visitors to the construction site must check-in with the security at the entrance of the construction site and check-out at the point of leaving.

CONSTRUCTION METHODOLOGY Installation of Gypsum Ceiling, Cove light. Curtain Cove, Shadow Gap, Bulk Head a)Site Survey.The receipts of shop drawings approved the consultant the site will be surveyed and any discrepancies found will be notified to the main contractor for clarification. b)Setting Out. Setting out and marking will be done as per approved shop drawing, ceiling height of various areas shall be marked based on the benchmark provided by main contractor, level will be transferred on all the corners and chalk lines will be marked. c)Fixing of Wall Angles.The wall angles will be fixed along the marked ceiling depending on the substrate and approved spacing. d)Fixing of Hangers.Fixing of hangers will be done as per approved shop drawing layout details and using hanger anchorage devices of the soffit.The position of the hangers will be marked on the soffit of the slab which has to be reviewed by main contractor site engineer upon receipt of MEPF clearance hangers. e)Framework.The framework will be done as per approved shop drawing and with approved materials.
CONSTRUCTION METHODOLOGY f)Framework Inspection and MEPF Clearance.Upon completion of the framework, respective areas shall be for approval by owner consultant representative. g)Ceiling Enclosure. The ceiling enclosure will be done as per approved materials. h)Installed all necessary finishes upon clearance. Floor & Wall Tiling Procedure a)To ensure rows of tiles are truly horizontal, a level line shall be established to position the starting course. b)Tiles of specified and approved sizes shall be fixed to wall surfaces by approved adhesive. c)Mixing of adhesive shall be strictly followed in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations. d)Apply floated coat of adhesive to dry background and comb the surface with the recommended solid bed trowel. Fill any keys and apply thin even coat of adhesive over the entire back of each tile. Press tile onto bedding with twisting/sliding action to give finished bed thickness within the range recommended by the manufacturer.
CONSTRUCTION METHODOLOGY e)Tamp the tile with rubber mallet to obtain required adhesion and level. f)Tiles shall be laid with required spacing and spacers shall be used to align horizontal and vertical joints. g)Lay tile to pattern in accordance with the shop drawings.. h)Establish line of borders where applicable. i)Excessive mix/adhesive shall be removed with a damp cloth before the material has set j)The vertical joints shall be maintained plumb for the entire true level and plane by uniformly applied pressure, k)Grout shall be applied to the spaces between the tiles using a sponge or small piece of cloth. l)Ensure that joints are 6mm deep, and are free from dust and debris. m)Force grout and fill joints completely to entire depth, tool to an approved profile, clean off surface and leave free from blemishes. n)Rub wall tiling with a dry cloth when joints are hard.
