3. WHAT IS HOTEL? A Hotel is an establishment that provides paid lodging and accommodation on a short-term basis. Small, lower-priced hotels may offer only the most basic guest services and facilities.

5. ABOUT SHANGRI-LA HOTEL Shangri-La hotel is one of five star hotel in Nepal. It is located at the heart of capital, Lazimpath Kathmandu. Shangri-La is a grate base form which to explore this vibrant city. At hotel Shangri-La, the traditional touch in the hotels interiors fusion with state of the art facilities.

6. Shangri la hotel contains 100 rooms and the hotel is made in 1400 square feet.

7. HIDDEN AND INTERESTING FACT OF SHANGRI-LA Shangri-La is surrounded by lush greeneries . “Shangri-La” word is derived from popular English novel “The Lots Horizon”. The meaning of “Shangri-La” is ‘To be a place of tranquility and spiritual a mystical, harmonious valley, gently guided from a lamasery, enclosed in the mountains.

8. Shangri-La has become synonymous with any earthly paradise, particularly a mythical Himalayan utopia. “Shangri-La” also means ‘a permanently happy land, isolated from the world.’

15. Feedback to Shangri-La Hotel Swimming pool should be wide. Gym Hall should be large. Parking area should be large and manageable. Separate And Individual A/C should be Provided.

16. Feedback To Collage We are thankful to our collage for providing this golden chance to visit ‘Shangri-La Hotel’. We are expecting the more industry visit from the college in future. We are expecting the more and perfect practical classes at college.

17. Conclusion As we all know hotel is a place where customers are provided accommodation, meals, and other services in exchange for money. The main goal of hotel is to provide proper satisfaction and proper quality of services to the payable customer. Talking about Shangri-La, it is totally fine and good. It is decorated mainly by wool, woods and traditional looks. Free parking, free Wi-Fi, wel-come juice etc. are also there for complimentary. As we want to say this trip was so useful for student in terms of practical knowledge about the food production.
