How To Add Archive And Unarchive Option In Odoo 17

This slide will represent the Archive and Unarchive feature in Odoo 17. We can make a record active or inactive by archiving or unarchiving the record. That is we are not deleting the record from the system, but keeping it in inactive mode using archive option.

2. Introduction Enterpr ise This slide will represent the Archive and Unarchive feature in Odoo 17. We can make a record active or inactive by archiving or unarchiving the record. That is we are not deleting the record from the system, but keeping it in inactive mode using archive option.

3. Enterprise To add archive option, first we can add a boolean field named active.

4. Enterprise After that we can add this field in form view.

5. Enterprise After upgrading the module, we can see the active field.

6. Enterprise After defining the active field, we can archive or unarchive the record by clicking on the Archive option.
