How To Deal With Employee. In shop floor , we need to work with data and systems . Later In Lunch break we need have to work with personal relationship.

Attitude of Smart supervisory skills Need to self Motivation . People observe you ,character is important. People copy you and your behavior . Don’t take decision on assumption ,we have check the ground fact and data . Treat everyone employee as a family member , but remember everybody was busy. Not burden . Give more less than you take .

experience As in new start up ,we have to think about experience . Good employee learn in single attempt . In experience people required guidance again and again . It was making impact in us and also our work culture. We will not getting success in all the time. Great people known away from regret and experience.

Employee expectation Should I take time for communicate with other people. Is my supervisor is approachable , available if me needs. Can he has ability of problem solving. Can he is flexible to do important things out of box.

Smart supervisory Expectations Be a Part of the team. If facing issue , ask for trouble shooting ,solution. Contributing in problem solving sessions. Should be energetic and smiley face. Quick Learner , and flexible to accept challenge.

Smart supervisory skills advantage Share responsibilities or ideas. Accomplish task faster and more efficiently. Co-operating together on task to reduce work load . Productivity : - A common objective of teamwork increase productivity. Multiple employee work on same task , would complete work on time. Can create unity and trust between employees.
