How to create a LinkedIn Profile

1. Open the browser (e.g. Internet Explorer) and go to www.linkedin.com



2. Type in the details:
First Name,
Last Name,
Email and
Password

Click on the Join now button.

3. Build you profile by filling the online form. Type the
postcode and Click on Next.





4. Type in the Job Tile and Company name.
(Tip: if it is a recognised company, you will see the name appear in the box.)

5. Choose the Industry and Click on the Next.



6. Select the interest.



7. It will ask you to confirm your email address from your email account.


8. Open your email account. And read the email from LinkedIn.

9. Click on Confirm you eamil address button on the email.



This will open the LinkedIn page in another tab. Now, follow the instructions (such as which jobs
do you like etc.) on the screen to complete the application. You can Skip these steps if you want
to.

10. Once you filled the all the necessary items. It will open your LinkedIn Home page.
Click on Profile and select Edit Profile



11. Slowly build your profile by adding photo, Experience, Education, Summary and Skills.



12. Once you add all necessary parts of your profile, your profile will look like this:
