5. Table of Contents It is located after the cover page and before the introduction. It includes chapter, subchapters, topics, and subtopics. It is made when the work is totally done.

6. Literature Review Each chapter has its particular titles . It uses arabic numbers : 1,2,3 and in the subtitles its composition : 1.1, 1.2, 1.3. D ouble spaced . Citations according to APA Each chapter begins in a new page. Left the equivalent to three spaces between the title and the subtitles .

7. Methodological Framework RESULTS Describe how the investigation was made . It includes : types of investigation , variables, sampling and sources of information , data analysis , and description of the instruments . A simple way to present results is by charts and graphics . The first thing to present is the statistics and then the analysis .

8. Conclusions and Recommendations Bibliographic references Annexes It includes the conclusions provided by the collection of data. Coherent conclusions that match with the hypothesis . It is the list of different documents used to do the investigation . It can be books , artiles , newspapers , maps , internet. It has to be present it alphabetically . These are the useful documents to describe certain aspects of the investigation .
