If you see “ ? ” mark sign on your Digital Sign on your Document.
Then don’t worry, it is not an error. Just need to follow some steps
to validate signature.

Right click on “ ? “ mark and click on “Legal
Notice”

Now click on “Signer Legal Notice”

Now click on “Trust”

Now click on “Add to Trust
Identities”

Now click on “Ok”

Tick all the options and click on
“Ok” Then click “Ok” and “close”

Follow the same procedure for all
the root certificate.

Right click on “ ? “ mark again and click on
“Validate Signature”

Now your signature is validated for your
computer and you can see “Right” sign.
Note: if you send this document to other person the he/she has to follow same
procedure to validate signature for his/her computer.
