Income Tax Declaration, Flexi Benefits And Travel Policy

•All employees are required to make any Income tax declaration at the beginning of the financial year –in
April.
•New Joiners are to make their Income tax declaration –declaration of n=investments made, within one
month of joining. Last date to declare your Income Tax Investment Details of 2022 –23 -20
th
of every
month.
•Flexi Benefits (Part C) portal will be enabled in June 2022.
•Employees are required to settle all travel related claims i.e. any expense incurred while on business
tour -example conveyance, meeting expenses, incidental etc., within 30 working Days in Trip Gain.
•All original bills ( Strictly for the current financial year only), along with appropriate forms should be sent,
before the 20
th
of each month, addressed to [email protected]. Bills submitted between
1st to 15th of any month will be reimbursed on 25th of the same month. Bills submitted after 15th will be
reimbursed on 10th of the next month.

Performance Management

Objective: Performance Management System is to drive individual performance, facilitate employees’ personal and career development,
training needs, promotions, managing poor performance, transfers, and disciplinarily actions.
Note: KRAs need to be set within one month of the employee joining and uploaded on Wafers->Career and Performance
•Performance Appraisal is conducted once a year in the month of April. Anyone who has joined on or before 30
th
September is eligible.
•Improvements in performance are done through a corrective action plan through a Performance Enhancement Plan (PEP).
•Any employee who is serving notice, who has resigned or who is on a performance improvement/enhancement plan prior to the
payment of Variable Pay for the current performance cycle, shall not be eligible for any variable payout.
•The determination of actual payout to an employee could be defined on parameters that relate to vertical / business / companyand/or
individual performance.
•Taxes as applicable would apply on all payouts.
•Performance linked Bonus applicable only to specific employees based on Client requests**.
•Variable pay gets paid out Quarterly wise as Q1,Q2,Q3 & Q4 in 20%:20%:20%:40% ratios. However the Q1,Q2,Q3 payout directly linked
with company performance and Q4 payout directly connects with the employees annual performance.
Scale -5: Outstanding Performance 4: Exceeds Expectations, 3: Meets Expectations, 2: Needs Improvement, 1:Does not meet
expectations
