Rocky Top Recruiting is a healthcare talent
and recruiting agency that was founded in
2024.
We work closely with healthcare companies of
all sizes to find the most qualified and
suitable candidates to fill their job openings
heading the process from start to finish.
Our agency acts as the bridge between
healthcare employers and employees.
We use a variety of platforms and staffing
expertise to recruit candidates of all
backgrounds and skill sets.

recruiters are, but
there is also an
emphasis on sales,
which connects our
recruiters with

Internship Program
6 interns each year (1 Finance, 1 Marketing, 4 HR)
Mentorship program is for interns to make connections with
management level employees ($500 allocated per intern, which will
be used for networking events)
Interns work with entry-level employees as counterparts.
Although interns will work primarily in one department, during their
program, they will spend 2 weeks in the other two departments.
Interns are allowed to attend any trainings offered to recruiters.
This program can also benefit recruiters by providing a “fresh set of
eyes” to business problems.

We use time-to-fill allowing us to track how long it
takes us to fill a position from the time it’s opened
until its filled.
We also use quality of hire allowing us to evaluate
how well a candidate performs in their role at the
