Pendahuluan Endometriosis dikaitkan dengan 15%-50% tumor ovarium Clear cell dan t umor ovarium endometrioid, dan terdapat peningkatan dua hingga tiga kali lipat kanker ovarium pada individu dengan endometriosis 3 1 Endometriosis associated ovarian cancer (EAOC) berkembang melalui mekanisme yang berbeda dibandingkan dengan keganasan ovarium terkait non-endometriosis.

Endometriosis Endometriosis adalah kondisi estrogen-dependen yang ditandai dengan implantasi ektopik jaringan fungsional yang melapisi rahim ( kelenjar dan stroma endometrium) di luar rongga rahim .
