LEADERSHIP is a quality that is highly valued in any organisation. It is often associated with traits like confidence, assertiveness, and decisiveness . Yet, one trait that is often overlooked but is equally important is HUMBLENESS or being HUMBLE . “HUMBLE” hum·ble /ˈhəmb(ə)l/ Adj: having or showing a modest or low estimate of one's own importance. Humble Leadership refers to the ability of a leader to recognise their limitations, acknowledge their mistakes, and be open to feedback. “A humble leader is not afraid to admit when they do not know something and is willing to learn from others. “ They are also able to put the needs of the team, the organisation, and the success of a task above their own ego .
