New format: each module will consist of theory (33%),
followed by Hydrus modeling application (67%);
Use of HYDRUS for modeling unsaturated water flow,
chemical transport and heat transport, micro-irrigation,
and root water/nutrient uptake. Textbook required.
Soil characterization and estimation of soil hydraulic
properties, such as soil water retention and unsaturated
hydraulic conductivity;
Application of finite differences to unsaturated flow.
