Idli premixes are available in the market, but they are not fermented and contain a high amount of soda. • आंबवलेली इडली हे आरोग्यदायी अन्न आहे, पण इडली तयार करणे खूप वेळखाऊ असते. बाजारात इडली प्रिमिक्स उपलब्ध आहेत , परंतु ते आंबवलेले नसतात आणि त्यात भरपूर प्रमाणात सोडा असतो.

6 Direction for use / वापरण्याची पध्दत: इडलीचा कुकर गरम करा. आंबवलेल्या निर्जलीकृत इडलीच्या पिठात १.५ कप (३६० मिली) पाणी घाला. तयार मिश्रण तेल लावलेल्या इडलीच्या साच्यात ओता. नेहमीप्रमाणे मध्यम आचेवर १५ मिनिटे वाफवून घ्या. Preheat the idli cooker. Add 1.5 Cups (360 ml) water in 200 gm of fermented dehydrated idli premix. Pour prepared batter in pre- greased idli mold . Steam for 15 min on medium flame . Ready to eat
