2019. This was driven both through Occupancy and ADR.
•Occupancy Index standing at 111.3 declining slightly by 0.5% YOY.
•ADR finished the year at 107.9 improving by 1.5% YOY
•The hotel achieved a strong ADR performance by driving IHG Channel
