INTERNATIONAL HOLOCAUST REMEMBRANCE DAY
(January 27 -activity dedicated to the memory of Auschwitz survivors)
All the classes participated in a
national webinar with
Sami Modiano,
one of the last survivors of the
Auschwitz concentration camp
organized by the Sapienza
Universityof Rome.

O.N.U. points out that
"the Holocaust, in which a third of
the Jewish people and countless
members of other minorities were
killed, will forever serve as a
warning to all people against the
dangers of hatred, intolerance,
racism and prejudice".
The students declared in
unison that the suffering of
those imprisoned in the
Auschwitz camp cannot be
forgotten. Its memory must
be kept alive, with shame
and horror, as long as
human memory endures.
