First of all we must know what is DANCE?? Well dance is a type of art that generally involves movement of the body, often rhythmic and to music. History of DANCE Dance history is difficult to access due to the fact that dance does not often leave behind clearly identifiable physical artefacts that last over millennia, such as stone tools, hunting implements or cave paintings. It is not possible to say when dance became part of human culture. In early age, dance was not used for means of entertainment. But it was mainly used as a method of healing or method of expression.
IMPORTANCE OF DANCE Dance is having its own importance in many ways. It can give you a talent but not only that, it teaches us to do other activities like gymnastic, gym and to be flexible. Dancing is a social function in most "western" countries. Depending on the type of rhythm and tempo, it can constitute cardiac, muscular and, more importantly, psychological exercises. And if we dance regularly, we will be healthy the whole life as dancing is a part of exercise.

STEPS TO BECAME A GOOD DANCERS 1. Make sure that this is what you really want to do. It takes a lot of passion to dance, whether you dance just as a hobby, or if you want to someday be a professional. If you want to become a professional, you may have to cut out other sports and after school activities to put in the necessary hours of practice. Remember that dance in itself is a sport and it takes a lot of endurance to dance every day. 2. Decide what kind of dancing you would enjoy doing. Whether it be ballet, disco, tap, jazz, swing, hip hop, break-dance, Pointe, modern, or belly dancing. Anything you want! Just be sure to choose one that suits your style. 3 . Find a dance school. Dance schools can range from a local youth centre to a more intense independent school. If you are planning on dancing throughout high school and college into professional dance you will want to pick a more intense school. Talk to other dancers in your area as well as the teachers of each school to pick the best one for you.
4 . STEPS TO BECAME A GOOD DANCERS Practice. Now that you have your dancing style, lessons, and have chosen the moves that look best on your body, you need to put that knowledge into action! The best way to do this is freestyle dancing in the privacy in your bedroom, and then when your at an average dancing level, attend school dances to enjoy yourself! 5. Speak Up !!! If you don’t understand a dance lesson or a dance step, then don’t sit idol. Speak to your dance teacher/master. He will definitely tell you a solution about it. If you think this tip is a shame, then you are wrong. This will only help you in future. 6 . And finally… Keep your confidence. Know that you can do it for sure!
