2. Project Overview Project Objective : to improve feedback and compliance mechanisms of disaster affected people. Project Area : Haro Limu woreda of East wollega zone of Oromia region, and Debate and Dangur Woreda of Metekel zone, Benshangul gumuz region, and Meison and Afdem Woredas of Siti Zone, Somalia Region, Ethiopia. Budget : 1,264,750 ETB Targeted Beneficiaries: 203,036 Project Duration : 10 months 2

3. Activities Completed Project agreement has been signed on April 29,2022. 3

4. Plan Conduct training on AAP for community representatives , office and field staff members in each region. Conduct community volunteer training/sensitization sessions on feedback/complaint issues at IDP,Refugee camps, and Host community sites across regions. Establish and train community-based feedback and compliance committee member. Strengthen community-based feedback and compliance committee through supporting materials. Installation of Notice board at each project site. Conduct bi-monthly community awareness sessions through FDG and monthly community feedback reporting. 4
