INTRODUCTION IN ROOM DINING Room service  or  in-room dining  is a hotel  service  enabling guests to choose menu items for delivery to their hotel  room  for consumption there, served by staff . Room service  is organized as a subdivision within the Food & Beverage Department of high-end hotel and resort properties . A similar room service may be provided for guests onboard cruise ships.  Room service may be provided on a 24-hour basis or be late night service

TAKING ORDER Answer the phone within 3 rings. Greet guest by saying “Good Morning In Room-Dining, This is ZAID , how may I assist you .( Mr. KADAR )” Listen to the guest’s order, collect information, write it down and up selling. Repeat the order and Room No.

“May I repeat your order, please?” “Mr. KADAR, room 2313 and you would like to have......... Is that correct?” Thank guest for ordering and Inform the guest for the approximate delivery time SAY: Thank you very much Mr. KADAR, your food will be serve in 30 minutes, is that fine for you. Make sure you hang up the phone after the guest had done so.
