Incoming quality control (IQC) is the process of controlling the quality of materials and parts for manufacturing a product before production begins. With incoming inspection , you can control for quality even before conducting a first article inspection or a during production inspection . Every component is verify with it’s JIR(joint inspection report) in terms of dimensions and visually with help of sampling process. The Sampling plan 105D is used in IQC in which S1/2.5 is used for checking dimension and S2/.65 is used for checking visually of any component or any wires ILJIN Pvt . Ltd

1. Lcr meter An LCR meter is a type of electronic test equipment used to measure the inductance (L), capacitance (C), and resistance (R) of an electronic component [1] . In the simpler versions of this instrument the impedance was measured internally and converted for display to the corresponding capacitance or inductance value. Readings should be reasonably accurate if the capacitor or inductor device under test does not have a significant resistive component of impedance. ILJIN Pvt.Ltd
2. High volatge tester High voltage transformers are normally used in high voltage labs for testing purpose . This transformer is subjected to transient voltages and surges during their normal operation when the insulation under test breaks down. High Voltage testing is usually performed to qualify the device to operate safely during rated electrical conditions, a way to check the effectiveness of its insulation. The objective sought during the high voltage testing will determine the type and amount of voltage applied and the acceptable current flow. ILJIN Pvt.Ltd
3. Digital micro ohm meter An ohmmeter is an electrical instrument that measures electrical resistance , the opposition to an electric current. Micro-ohmmeters (micro ohmmeter or micro ohmmeter) make low resistance measurements. Megohmmeters (also a trademarked device Megger) measure large values of resistance. ILJIN Pvt.Ltd
4. Lux meter Lux . The lux (symbol: lx) is the SI derived unit of illuminance and luminous emittance, measuring luminous flux per unit area. It is equal to one lumen per square metre . In photometry, this is used as a measure of the intensity, as perceived by the human eye, of light that hits or passes through a surface. Entrance areas and lobbies require this level of light, and it is also the minimum for a restaurant dining area. 500 lux – Retail spaces should have this as a minimum light level , as should general office spaces. This level should be suitable for prolonged work on computers, machinery and reading ILJIN Pvt.Ltd
5. Puppy dial In various contexts of science, technology, and manufacturing (such as machining, fabricating, and additive manufacturing), an indicator is any of various instruments used to accurately measure small distances and angles, and amplify them to make them more obvious. ILJIN Pvt.Ltd
6. Digital height gauge A height gauge is a measuring device used for determining the height of objects, and for marking of items to be worked on. Height gauges may also be used to measure the height of an object by using the underside of the scriber as the datum. The datum may be permanently fixed or the height gauge may have provision to adjust the scale, this is done by sliding the scale vertically along the body of the height gauge by turning a fine feed screw at the top of the gauge; then with the scriber set to the same level as the base, the scale can be matched to it. This adjustment allows different scribers or probes to be used, as well as adjusting for any errors in a damaged or resharpened probe. ILJIN Pvt.Ltd
7. Push pull gauge A force gauge (also force gage ) is a small measuring instrument used across all industries to measure the force during a push or pull test. Applications exist in research and development, laboratory, quality, production and field environment. Applications Spring testing Metal wire testing Bursting strength testing of cardboards Weld force between electrodes Gun trigger testing ILJIN Pvt.Ltd
8. Measuring pin gauge Pin Gauges & Measuring Pin Sets Micro Gauges / Kris. Measuring pins are used for checking hole diameter, measuring distance between holes , measuring dovetail, Measuring Over Pin Diameter of Gears, Measuring width of grove etc The PIN GAUGE is the pin shape according to fixed size precisely. The primary purpose of PIN GAUGE is to measure and inspect the diameter of samll holes, it also can be used as a test bar for geometric deviations measurements. ILJIN Pvt.Ltd
9. Digital Vernier caliper The Digital Caliper (sometimes incorrectly called the Digital Vernier Caliper) is a precision instrument that can be used to measure internal and external distances extremely accurately. Digital calipers are easier to use as the measurement is clearly displayed and also, by pressing the inch/mm button the distance can be read as metric or imperial. ILJIN Pvt.Ltd
10. Digital micro meter A micrometer sometimes known as a micrometer screw gauge, is a device incorporating a calibrated screw widely used for accurate measurement of components in mechanical engineering and machining as well as most mechanical trades, along with other metrological instruments such as dial, Vernier , and digital calipers. ILJIN Pvt.Ltd
11. Digital ir tester Insulation resistance measurement is done using an IR tester. This is a portable tool that is more or less an ohmmeter with a built in generator that's used to produce a high DC voltage. The voltage usually measures at least 500V, and causes a current to flow around the surface of the insulation. ILJIN Pvt.Ltd
12. Digital multimeter A digital multimeter is a test tool used to measure two or more electrical values—principally voltage (volts), current (amps) and resistance (ohms). It is a standard diagnostic tool for technicians in the electrical/electronic industries. ILJIN Pvt.Ltd
13.Gap tester Gap tester is instrument used to identify or check any gap in PCB. Placing on surface plate and then put gap tester instrument below the PCB until PCB not lift . ILJIN Pvt.Ltd
14. DISPLAY FLIM TESTING JIG Display Flim Testing JIG is a instrument to check the 7-segment display by attaching their pins in JIG . There are 3 modes : All display is ON. Display glow one by one . Display is glow and then hold for few seconds. ILJIN Pvt.Ltd
15. Digital humidity and temperature meter A humidity sensor (or hygrometer) senses, measures and reports both moisture and air temperature. ... Relative humidity becomes an important factor, when looking for comfort. A sample humidity sensor . Humidity sensors work by detecting changes that alter electrical currents or temperature in the air. A temperature meter is a device, typically, a thermocouple or RTD, that provides for temperature measurement through an electrical signal. A thermocouple (T/C) is made from two dissimilar metals that generate electrical voltage in direct proportion to changes in temperature . ILJIN Pvt.Ltd
XRF - MACHINE X-ray fluorescence (XRF) is the emission of characteristic "secondary" (or fluorescent) X-rays from a material that has been excited by bombarding with high-energy X-rays or gamma rays. XRF (X-ray fluorescence) is a non-destructive analytical technique used to determine the elemental composition of materials. XRF analyzers determine the chemistry of a sample by measuring the fluorescent (or secondary) X-ray emitted from a sample when it is excited by a primary X-ray source. ILJIN Pvt.Ltd
