3. Company Profile India Japan Lighting Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in December 1996 with its corporate office at Chennai. The second plant of India Japan Lighting Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in November 2006 at Bawal. It is a 50:50 joint venture between Lucas-TVS Ltd. of Chennai and KOITO Manufacturing Co. Ltd of Japan. Lucas-TVS Ltd. is an acknowledged leader in auto-electrical in India while KOITO Manufacturing Co. Ltd . Japan is the world leader in automobile lighting. IJL Bawal has a capacity of over 0.50 million lamps per annum and is supplying head lamps and rear combination lamps to Maruti Suzuki India Limited.

PROCESS Reflector plant : In this plant process is done on reflector to make it useful for lamp after moulding Hard coat plant : In this plant process is done on PC lens to make it scratch free Extension and RCL body plant : The basic principle of these plants are same as that of reflector plant only difference is that the machine used for metallising, curing and top coat is the single automatic machine.

7. STORE Functions of store: Receive of incoming material Material issue to all department To making outgoing material gate pass To maintain FIFO of incoming material Maintain stock level according to requirement
