Information transfer

Under writing skill ,How t change given paragraph information to diagram or graph. Graph to paragraph.Pie chart, Bar chart,Tree diagram, Flow chart,Route map have been discussed.

2. Information Transfer Information Transfer  is a  writing skill . It is of two types, If a Paragraph is given then we have to convert it into Diagrammatical Table or Graphs and if It is given Graph, or pie diagram or any other Forms, then we have to convert it into small paragraph. Generally  Information transfer  must be short and Simple. Information Transfer will be asked in two ways : Text to Diagram or Diagram to Text

3. Information Transfer Information Transfer as follows: Pie – charts Tree – diagram Bar – charts Route –Map Flow – charts. This is a form of information transfer. The information can be presented in: Tabular form

4. Information Transfer Graphs Charts These are pictures for the purpose of illustration. This highlights the main points. Repetition of words and sentences will be avoided. This makes the complicated matter easy to understand. This makes one to remember because of visual impression. Particular information can be analyzed without difficulty.

5. Pie- Chart Information displayed in tabular form can be transferred in a visible form. Also, the information in the verbal form be presented in a table or graphic form. Pie Chart: A pie chart is a diagram which consists of circle divided into parts and each part represents a specific proportions of the whole.

7. Tree -Diagram Tree – Diagram: The information given in a table form or passage can be branched out into lines or arrows that is into the divisions and subdivisions. A  tree diagram  is a new management planning tool that depicts the hierarchy of tasks and subtasks needed to complete and objective. The  tree diagram  starts with one item that branches into two or more, each of which branch into two or more, and so on.

9. Bar - Charts A  bar chart  or  bar graph  is a chart or graph that presents categorical data with rectangular bars with heights or lengths proportional to the values that they represent. The bars can be plotted vertically or horizontally. A vertical bar chart is sometimes called a  column chart . A bar graph shows comparisons among discrete categories. One axis of the chart shows the specific categories being compared, and the other axis represents a measured value. Some bar graphs present bars clustered in groups of more than one, showing the values of more than one measured variable.

12. Route -Map This is a diagram from one place of starting to another point to reach. A  route map  is a  map  that shows the main roads in a particular area or the main  routes  used by buses, trains, and other forms of transport in a particular area.

14. Flow- Chart A flow chart is a diagram that indicates different stages or processes of a procedure of something. It is a graphical representation of steps. It shows steps in sequential order and is widely used in presenting the flow of algorithms, workflow or processes. Typically, a  flowchart  shows the steps as boxes of various kinds, and their order by connecting them with arrows.
