4. Development Team Two Characteristics: Cross Functional. Self Organized. Fast (Sprints). Doesn’t release the product as a big bang, but releases as iterations using sprints. Has a WIP Limit (maximum amount of work/user stories that can funnel in).

5. Stakeholders Anyone with vested interest in the product, or are affected significantly by the product. Anyone who has major influence on the product regarding how it is shaped. People who help discover , develop , release , support and promote the product. Creators of User stories. End users / product owners / product executives/ product decision makers. Has Needs .

6. Product Owner The chief stakeholder of the product with a vision . Has ideas . May not know what the product does in details, but knows why are we building the product, what problem does it solve , and for who . Prioritize according to WIP limit. This mandates a queue. That queue is called Product Backlog. Makes decisions (Says NO! ;) and takes ownership. If anything goes wrong, only PO is accountable for all the consequences. Communication is the key.
