2.Which do you think is the biggest problem
for a good quality of life: time, money, or
something different?
On weekdays, I spend too much time sitting down, I
don’t have enough time to exercise, and I’m usually
too tired after a long day at work.
Luckily, on the weekend, it’s not too bad. I have
enough time for everything – exercise, family,
friends, and fun! And that is good enough for me!

What are they worth?
SPEAKING
1Look at the products below. Put them in order according to
which you think are worth spending more money on.
a birthday present a new phonea pair of jeans
a pair of sunglassesa meal at a restauranta ticket to a concert
I would invest much more money on a pair
of sunglasses than on a pair of jeans. For
me, good quality glasses are a whole lot
more important than informal clothes.
With a birthday present, it depends
on who it’s for. For example, a gift for
a co-worker shouldn’t be nearly as
expensive as a gift for my mom.
2Work in small groups. Compare your lists and explain your answers.
Discuss any differences.
