13. Mobile Inspection of Rural Development Works Online inspection of various Rural Development Works i.e. Houses, Toilets, MGNREGA, CC Roads etc from field using Tablet device. Payment of any scheme/work is released only after online inspection of work. Inspection through tab (mobile device), highly adaptive for all. Capture the work stage details, Images and Videos of work with other relevant data Geo-tagging of work at various stage with GPS Coordinates. Inspection order can be generated through system which is mailed automatically to Inspecting officer and Ordering authority.  13

Mobile Inspection of Rural Development Works Inspection report can be completed even without any mobile network coverage Inspection reports can be sent immediately through GPRS connectivity  Reports  are generated & emailed automatically to all concern officer in  pdf  format. Inspection report’s GPS Co-ordinate is linked with map and it shows  the location on the map. 14

Swasthya Samvedana Sena Mobile App for Health Workers To contribute in Reducing Maternal Mortality Ratio and Infant Mortality Rate by increasing skill of health workers to impart health related information using latest technology devices and Digital IEC material for health education. Project ‘ Swasthya Samvedavana Sena ’ intends to support frontline health workers by giving them an android tablet preloaded with the ‘ Swasthya Samvedavana Sena ’ application. This application puts a wealth of vernacular Maternal health, Child health and Adolescent health information in formats of video, audio, power point presentations and image in their hands. The interactive health content covers a range of topics. As the health workers use the tool in their everyday discussions and meetings with women in their communities, the administration is able to track and monitor their activity, using a web based dashboard, to draw valuable insights from them. 16

17. Swasthya Samvedana Sena Mobile App for Health Workers Outcome Audio/visual IEC is having more effect on behavior change. Health worker does not have to remember anything and still she is well updated with latest information. Updated audio/video/ ppts can be uploaded instantly without any extra cost. Health worker does not have to carry any extra IEC materials in field. Online monitoring of all IEC material at all supervisory level through dashboard. 17

19. Mata Yashoad mobile App for Anganwadi To decrease reporting time by providing mobile application for reporting. To support AWW to give more time in service deliveries rather than administration work. To provide dashboard to supervisory cadre for real time monitoring of AWC’s activities. Convergence of all eleven registers in single mobile application has reduced time consumed for administrative work. Also stress related to this reporting also has reduced. So AWW now can able to concentrate more on giving services to children. Automatic plotting on growth chart ensures accurate status of malnutrition in child. Human errors and reading variation are avoided . 19

20. Mata Yashoad mobile App for Anganwadi To decrease reporting time by providing mobile application for reporting. To support AWW to give more time in service deliveries rather than administration work. To provide dashboard to supervisory cadre for real time monitoring of AWC’s activities. With single “Sync” button all data go to taluka and district level. So time taken for report generation, submission and travelling of AWW has reduced. Sms notification to mother or care taker will support in social mobilization of child to AWC. Taluka and district officers can monitor all the data from office daily and give feedback to AWW directly. Valid and reliable data will ensure evidence based decision making. 20

21. Gyansetu Initiative to create a understating between Urban and Rural Students of Private & Government School by exchange of thoughts and facilities. . Educational interaction between teachers’ of Primary and Secondary teachers.(e.g. Method, techniques) Organizing school exposure visits. Get involve in educational tours and visits. 24. Grishmotsav To develop the life skill and vocational skill in school children in vacation. Grishmotsav (Summer Camp) was organized in 154 primary schools of District Panchayat Ahmedabad. Many activities were undertaken like live drawing, chitak kam , rangoli , wall piece making, puppets, mask making, beauty parlour activities, mahendi , best from waste and cultural activities etc. 24

Joy of Giving An appeal had been made by Ahmedabad District Panchayat to the people at the time of Diwali vacation to give such things which can be re-used and donated to the poor students of the schools. The MOU schools actively participated in this programme and lots of people supported it by giving lots of gifts to such students. 51 primary schools were covered in it. 26

28. Shardotsav During vacation period students get joy and enjoyment with activities Ahmedabad District Panchayat’s primary school participated to create various skill in students under Shardotsav . Many activites performed in the schools like cultural activites , sports, creative activites , music, craft etc. 28

29. Pratibha Shodh Competition To cultivate the hidden talent of District Panchayat’s primary school’s children and to provide them a platform also encourage them. Various competitions were organized at cluster, block and District level. Around 13526 students and 1880 teachers actively participated in different 26 types of competitions. 29

Shaishav Setu - Mutual Development programme between Aanganwadi Centers of Ahmedabad district and Pre-early Childhood Institutions for the entire development of children Shaisavsetu " is meant for the mental and physical development of children. Private nursery teachers and children get the opportunity to stay with the children at Aanganwadi centers , through which we can see the developing qualities like team spirit, discipline, culture etc. Friendship between governmental & non-governmental organizations Friendship between the children of two organizations Exposure visits of Aanganwadi Centers and Nurseries For the overall development of children, private nursery teachers and Aanganvadi workers could exchange the functioning system ‘Share a Sibling’ initiative to overcome the social disadvantages of single child family 35

Shaishav Setu - Mutual Development programme between Aanganwadi Centers of Ahmedabad district and Pre-early Childhood Institutions for the entire development of children Because of festive celebration together can share the country's culture and equality We can awaken parents, for every year admission of 25% anganwadi children in private school under the R.T.E. 38. Dikari Vadhaamana Utsav Save, Welcome & increase the girl child Program “ Dikri Vadhaamana ” Utsav launched on 17/12/2015 by District Panchayat , Ahmedabad. Total 2520 mothers having two or more baby Girls after 1 st Girl child covered under this programme. All officers voluntarily declared their support for success of this programme. All Class-1 and 2 officers contributed with a minimum amount of Rs . 101/- in theme based pink envelops. Approximately Rs . 2.5 lacs voluntarily contributed to total 2520 mothers in all talukas of Ahmedabad. 38

Ghadtar Project For the holistic development of Child from 3 years to 6 years Identification & Implementation of 100 learning activities for 61000 children of 1498 anganwadis of Ahmedabad District 100 activities covers daily cause, general knowledge and life skill, identifications of shapes, birds, animals etc. Identification of colors , items, fruits, vegetable, flowers etc. Basic learning activities, yoga and exercise, Health, hygiene and self-care activities Learning Games, rhymes, group activities. Identification of special qualities of child and improvement in their skills. 40

Nutrition Kits for TB Patient Nutrition Kit provided to all TB Patients of District Under Revised National Tuberculosis Control Programme, Diagnosis and Treatment of TB is provided free of cost to all registered TB Patient. TB mainly affects poor families and malnourished persons so that patient of TB require additional nutrition supplementation. Under this project total 250 TB patients of particular quarter were provided Nutrition Kit. This Nutrition Kit includes 5 kgs Multi Grain Flour, 5 Kgs Jeggary and 1 Kgs Desi Ghee. The beneficiary of this nutrition kit includes Multi Drug Resistance TB Patients, Extensive Drug Resistance TB Patients and New Sputum Positive TB Patients of District Ahmedabad-Rural. With the benefits of this nutrition kit, Treatment Outcome of the patients has been improve. 42

44. High Risk Pregnant Women To reduce Maternal Mortality and child mortality and increase nutritional status of 797 High risk pregnant women identified by department In rural Ahmedabad district to reduce MMR we have identified 797 High risk pregnant women and done the village wise line-listing and cause due to pregnant women comes under category of High risk eg . TB, HIV, Anemia , Low hb , multipara, diabetes etc. health team have taken daily followup through THO and MO who visited every high risk pregnant women and gave treatment which results in no any maternal death out of those high risk pregnant women. And to increase the nutritional status of high risk pregnant women 5Kg Ghee Khajur is distributed to them . 44

High Risk Pregnant Women To reduce Maternal Mortality and child mortality and increase nutritional status of 797 High risk pregnant women identified by department In auspicious occasion of Diwali we have distributed Sukhadi to all pregnant women during the 15 days of diwali holidays and regular follow up to address any emergency and medical complications related to deliveries in rural Ahmedabad to minimize maternal mortality. 45

48. Jan Seva – Shiv Seva Socio Religious Inclusion. Save the milk, fruits, grains and pulses and distribute it to Aanganwadi and School Children More than 10000 liter milk, 230 Kg Rice, 105 Kg moong and other pulses, 10 Kg black and white sesame, more than 10000 bananas were collected and distributed among Aanganwadi and School Children Various other seasonal fruits, groundnut and gram also received in large quantity Rs . 10000/- donation was also received in cash For the very First time project was launched to create awareness among the people for donation of food items that offering to the children is offering to God and distributing the same to Aanganwadi and School Children rather being wastage/spoiled. 48

50. e- shikshak e- Shikshak is a community portal for teachers which provides a platform to teachers for Interacting and share the knowledge. More than 2000 teachers are connected with this website at present. Teachers can now share information with each other through audio- video and other electronic files. Teachers can now get online solution of questions that arises in daily educational work. Information can be gathered via modern advanced process. Educational qualities of children are improved. e- Shikshak provides following benefits to primary teacher: Connect with peers and colleagues Share  and retain knowledge 50

More than 4500 documents, 280 videos are uploaded on portal. Three blogs are running, 38 educational rhymes and 67 pages are uploaded. 52

Ambaji Padyatra Plastic Free Padyatra and Swachh Bharat Mission Framed Mahatma Gandhi Green Brigade of 2200 students from ITI, Polytechnic and Various Government and Private Colleges Collected more than 3500 kg plastic waste and act as volunteer in Mahatma Gandhi Green to keep the padyatra Plastic Free Placed Dustbins on Padyatra route to make it Dust Free – Swachh Bharat Nirmal Bharat Collected tax of mote then Rs . 2 lacs from Pandals and deposited in Gram Panchayats 54

Smart Village Workshop Develop the Rural Villages as Smart Villages Smart Village concept developed in August 2014 in Sabarkantha District and launched a book on it on 08/09/2015 with marks & matrixs . English books are under progress LJ group of Institute Ahmedabad – Smart Village Sahyog Project 200 team of students visited 200 Villages for Village Study to understand and develop Smart Village project. These includes CHC, PHC, Anagnwadi , Schools, Sakhi Mandal , Farmers and youth for knowledge gathering and information sharing 55

English Training for students and Teachers To empower the knowledge of students and teachers through the proficiency in English language. 25 teachers and 50 students are selected for a course of Empowerment of English language of Cambridge University at CN Vidhyalay . The students and teachers get proficiency in English language and they can use this language in their field actively. 59

60. Empowerment training of ‘C’ and ‘D’ grade teachers To develop skills, methods and make teachers strong on content. For qualitative development in education level in the primary schools. A 4 days empowerment training is organized from 16/03/2016 to 19/03/2016 at every block level in Ahmedabad. The ‘C’ and ‘D’ grade teachers will be provided training on various subjects like Maths, English, Science, basic concepts of methodology. The teachers will be encouraged by different subject experts with various skills, techniques, methodology etc. 60

D-PRARUP To cultivate students’ mind to solve various day to day facing problems by designing their mind to find such solutions This project was started on students STD.7 & 8th in 49 schools of Mandal taluka as a pilot project. The students has started to solve their daily facing problems with great ideas and easily. Students mind are cultivated in that manner. This project doesn’t mean computer or technology or art. One workshop was organized on 04/12/2015 at MICA. 61

62. Vanche Ahmedabad The teachers, students and villagers take interest in reading. Also develop hobby of reading and encourage the use of dictionary. The fabulous reading festival was held in Ahmedabad under Gyansetu project under the guideline of DDO Ahmedabad. The festival was celebrated in the school of Ahmedabad between 2nd to 7th November, 2015 62

64. Story Café To impart value education to the students of primary schools This project was initiated in 142 schools in Ahmedabad District. An activity of story telling is organized on every Saturday for 36 to 45 minutes in which students, teachers and elderly person of village and educated people. The stories are full of value education is selected by the head teacher and teacher in advance. Various values like truth speaking, loyalty, protect environment, good behaviour etc can be develop. 64
