3. WHO WE ARE We specialize in Official Development Assistance (ODA) programs and projects funded by bilateral and multilateral institutions. Emphasizing integration and coherence, we help solve fragmentation and complexity in any social initiative. From policy research and design support to specialized component implementation, we zero in by fully appreciating the stakeholder network and the dynamics in local contexts to bring about reforms and institutional transformation.   Intem has implemented over a hundred development projects ranging from master development planning (country, sector, detailed designs in equipment provision including construction works, community-based basic services delivery in health, education, environment, climate change, governance,  social welfare, disaster risk reduction, management, and mitigation.

Twenty-one years after our spin-off as a subsidiary of INTEM Consulting, Inc., in Tokyo, Japan-- our international experience has garnered the company a reputation for professional and quality-assured management. As an international development management consulting firm specializing in Official Development Assistance (ODA) projects, we have demonstrated extensive capabilities for successfully delivering a wide range of technical requirements for development projects under international cooperation programs. INTEM understands Official Development Assistance (ODA) processes, manages international consulting projects, and delivers on its commitments and obligations. INTEM strategically aligns itself with top-notch individuals and consulting firms to augment its expertise, global reach, and competitiveness. Such networks allow the firm to extend the most viable solutions and relevant expertise to specific projects.   In various sectors, Intem has demonstrated its prowess and mastery of the Project Cycle Management (PCM) method as applied to project management and the design and implementation of monitoring & and evaluation systems through a series of successful, detailed evaluation studies for JICA which include livelihood and enterprise development interventions and impact evaluations. Intem has also done Basic Sector Studies, surveys, and training nationwide.
