First I try to know the problem and if I am not able to solve it I’ll try to consult my seniors or friends and ask for some help. Be calm and think about solutions, not problems . We also have FUN- DO- FRIDAY where employee show their talent. By giving a group project Adaptability
It’s good to be in the team but in my field less people means less Chaos. I personally don’t prefer a team of more than three members. It's the responsibility of the Team leader to extract good quality work from the employee.

By valuing each member and making them feel like a family. By motivating them, or by helping them to come over their disabilities. By being cooperative. If we do so every member will be comfortable and will cooperate and give their best. By having healthy competition nature too By understanding others' perspectives. Maintaining decorum and discipline. That’s the responsibility of HR.
Every member has its own responsibility and plays an important role. Our working attitude somehow depends on our environment so if you’re surrounded with people who are having a positive attitude with energy you will feel the same. And if we are around lazy people it somehow discourages our attitude towards work.

We start our work with morning prayers. Never discriminate between any employees on the basis of cast, religion, place or position in the office. When you are in corporate there are different work ethics like you should maintain the privacy of the company.
