EXTERNAL ENVIRONMENT BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT INTERNAL ENVIRONMENT
BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT: A business organization can not exist as vacuum. It needs living persons, natural resources and places and things to exist. The sum of all these factors and forces is called the business environment. EXTERNAL ENVIRONMENT: Those factors which are beyond the control of business enterprise are included in External Factors. INTERNAL ENVIRONMENT: The factors which can be controlled by company or Primary factors which directly affects the growth of organization.
INTERNAL ENVIRONMENT are affected by following factors: Value system. Management structure and nature. Human resources. Company image and brand equity. Other factors. Physical assets and facilities. R&D and technological capabilities. Marketing & Financial resources.
VALUE SYSTEM Here system means the process followed or implemented in a organization. Value of the system differs in every organization. It depends on the individual perception like: Choice of business. Mission and objectives. Business policies and practices etc…
MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE AND NATURE Organizational structure. Centralized. Decentralized. Broad of directors and hierarchy structure. Support from stakeholders and relationship between employees.
HUMAN RESOURCE The characteristics of the human resources like skills , quality, morale, commitment, attitudes etc. could contribute to the strength and weakness of the organization. The involvement, initiative etc. of the people at different may vary from organization to organization.
