Acknowledgement In this section, the student expresses gratitude towards the organization where he/she completed the internship, the guide/supervisor, and any other individuals who provided support during the internship.
Certificate Student has to paste his/her internship certificate provided by the intern company .
Table of Content The table of contents is where student lists the chapters and major sections of the project, alongside their page numbers.

Introduction of the Internship Company/Industry This section provides a brief background of the organization where the internship was completed, the industry in which it operates, and the scope of the project.
Literature Review This section covers description of the article, books ,news student referred while writing the report.
Objective and Scope In this section, the student outlines the objectives of the internship project, the methods used to achieve those objectives, and the data sources utilized .
Project Description This section gives a detailed description of the internship project, including the tasks performed, challenges faced, and the techniques used to overcome those challenges.
Research Methodology Research Methodology is the specific procedure or techniques used to identify, select ,process and analyze information about a topic. It may include research design, types of data used, sources of data and software used to analyse the data.
Data Analysis This is the most important part of the internship project. The student presents the findings of the project and analyzes them using relevant statistical tools or techniques . Observations and Findings The Observations and Findings contains judgments and results and student’s personal interpretation of the internship project.
Conclusions and Recommendations This section summarizes the key findings of the internship project and provides recommendations to the organization for improving its processes or practices.
Limitations of the study This section include limitations, difficulties and gaps which student faced during his/her internship.
Bibliography Bibliography is a list of all the sources that student might have used in the process of creating the project . The bibliography should include the authors names, the links to pages from where information has been taken, the title of the work, the names and details about the articles or blogs that student has referred to.
Annexure This section includes any additional information or data that supports the findings or conclusions of the report. This section also includes plagiarism checker report.
Mentoring Competency Assessment This section contain 5 marks .Here student’s internship supervisor will rate him/her according to his/her skills. The format is provided in the next slide. Student need to make fill it by the internship supervisor and paste it on last page of the report.

Guidelines The text should be justified and typed in the font style ‘Times New Roman’/Arial/Calibri and font size ‘12’. Heading and subheading should be bold. Copy- pasted or same reports will be assigned 0 marks in internship. Plagiarism limit if exceeded above 25% will be assigned 0 marks in internship. Same data will be assigned 0 marks in internship. In case of termination from the company internship would be cancelled, failing which student can’t be promoted to the next year as per handbook. Report should have hard binding (spiral binding will not be accepted).
