INTERPERSONAL INTELLIGENCE Interpersonal intelligence is a concept created by psychologist Howard Gardner considered a genius , who defines it as a set of skills that an individual puts in to practice in the bonds he establishes with other people . His primary objective is to understand others , extremely empathy and in harmony with his peers . This intelligence reflects the ability to understand others . From this ability , we can obtain different benefits , such as improving our social relationships .
