2. With every surgery we all wish a successful outcome. However, there are possible complications & risks associated. Same applies for the dental implant surgery as well. Even when placed with superior dexterity there are still 1% chances of implant failure due to micromotion & stress exerted on dental implants during the phase of healing, especially in ridges with deficient bone.
