Getting to know your tutor and classmates
Let’s share three things about yourself:

Centre Rules
1. Show respect to tutors, staff, visitors, and peers
2. Be neat and tidy in appearance

3. Keep the
 centre environment clean and tidy at all times
4. Uphold the image of the CDAC with proper conduct
5. Your Safety comes first!

2ATTENDANCE & PUNCTUALITY
Students must:
●attend classes regularly and be punctual
●produce medical certificate to the Centre Supervisor or centre staff for verification when they return
from their sick leave
●produce letter of excuse from the schools or parents to the Centre Supervisors or centre staff if they
could not attend classes due to any official school activities
●not leave classes or centre premises without the permission of tutors or Centre Supervisors
●report to the Centre Supervisors or
 centre staff before entering the classrooms if they are late for
classes
●acknowledge that the disciplinary actions will be taken by CDAC for irregular
 attendance and poor
punctuality
●achieve at least 80% attendance, failure to do so may result in the
 termination of subsidy and tuition
place

3 PERSONAL GROOMING AND APPEARANCE
ØUniform & footwear
•Students are to be properly attired for all lessons. Only school uniform or CDAC t-shirts with
 school shorts/ pants or
skirts are allowed at all
 centres.
•Proper footwear in the form of covered shoes must be worn for all student
 programmes. No slippers or sandals are
permitted unless it is due to a valid medical reason.
•Hairstyles BOYS
Hair to be neat and short
No fringe covering the eyes
No side-burns extending more than half the
ear length
No highlighting, tinting or any hair colouring
No fanciful hairstyle is allowed
GIRLS
Hair to be neat and well-kept
No fringe covering the eyes
Hair should be clipped up neatly, if necessary
Long hair must be tied up neatly
No fanciful hairstyle is allowed
