7. What is LITERATURE?

8. L ITERATURE - is a term used to describe written and sometimes spoken material. Derived from the Latin word literatura meaning " writing formed with letters ," literature most commonly refers to works of the creative imagination, including, poetry, drama, fiction, nonfiction, and in some instances,  journalism, and song. 

9. L ITERATURE represents the culture and tradition of a language or a people. 

10. What is the connection of LITERATURE to CREATIVE NON-FICTION subject?

11. CREATIVE NONFICTION (CNF) focuses on story, meaning it has a narrative plot with an inciting moment, rising action, climax, and denouement. It only works if the story is based in truth, an accurate retelling of the author’s life experiences.
