Dear Mr Krasnjuk,

The OSCE Mission to Serbia is supporting the development of a national
framework related to emerging threats from eyberspace in Serbia. The publi,
corporate and academic sectors, as well as civil society organizations are taking part
inthis endeavour.

In 2015, the OSCE Mission supported the process of building a mu
stakcholderplatiorm for the development of a national eyher-security framework in
Serbia through a project and seminar in cooperation wth Diplo Centre and DCAF.

To continue this process the OSCE Mission will hold a seminar entitled
“Beyond the national information security strategy — creating a favourable
cybersecurity posture in Serbia”, from 20 10 22 December 2016 in Petnica Science
Centre near Valievo. 1 would be much obliged if you could participate at the
upcoming seminar on behalf ofthe Airport Nikola Tesla Belgrade.

(Other participas atthe seminar will comprise representatives of key state
institutions the private sector and civil society organizations
