IPC Section 284-289 If Someone works in Machinery, Explosives, Fire related work, poisonous substance (Chemical factories) and gets affected by the work they do. Proprietor Shall be punished for an imprisonment up to Six Months and should pay a fine from 200 to 1000 rupees as compensation.

IPC Section 509 If one gesture or attack the modesty of women. He/she shall be punished with imprisonment which may exceed up to a term of one year or with fine or both.

IPC Section 420 If any organization or individual is dishonest with us and in any way produces or delivers false or fake products or property to one then they can be produced for imprisonment up to 7 years or liable to pay fine.

IPC Section 363 and 363A Whoever kidnaps or makes anyone to beg purposely shall be given lifetime imprisonment.

IPC Section 322 Whoever voluntarily causes hurt on himself/herself is liable to be punished and by one shall be punished for imprisonment from one year to imprisonment up to 10 years and also shall be liable for fine.

IPC Section 510 If one appears in a public place being drunk and conduct any annoyance to any other person, He or she shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend up to 24 hours or fine up to 1000 rupees or both.

IPC Section 464 & 465 Any signature or Stamp or electronic signature of any other person or authority of any organization without his concern whether the person exists or deceased will be said to commit forgery(IPC Section 464 as well). The person committing forgery shall be punished with imprisonment up to 2 years or with fine or both.

IPC Section 279 If someone is find anywhere for reckless driving and cause hurt or accident to any other person is to be punished with imprisonment of up to 6 months and liable for a fine of 1000 Rs(more) or with both.

IPC Section 46 No woman cannot be arrested before 6 A.M. and after 6 P.M. Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 Only women police constable can arrest women who is convicted.

Police Act, 1861 A police officer is always on duty whether he/she wearing a uniform or not. If a person makes a complaint to the officer, he/she could should help the victim.

Maximum Retail Price Act, 2014 Any Shop keeper can’t charge more than the printed price, but a consumer has the right to bargain for less than the printed price of a commodity.

IPC Section 166 Public servant disobeying law, shall be punished with imprisonment one year, or with fine, or with both

IPC Section 354D Stalking any person is a criminal offence which will lead in jail up to 3 years and/or with fine.

IPC Section 510 Misconduct in public by a drunken person in any public place, or in any place, shall be punished with simple imprisonment, which may extend to twenty-four hours or fine.

IPC Section 106 Right of private defense against an assault from anyone is allowed. He/she can defend themselves.

IPC Section 309 Whoever attempts to commit suicide shall be punished with 1 year in jail or fine.

IPC Section 88 Teachers and Headmasters as the freedom to punish in schools as long as the reason is justifiable, but the section may not be legitimate when problem like dead occurs.
